• Experience: Minimum 10 years operational experience with ultra luxury hotels or independent restaurants

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for the Food & Beverage Division.
• Establish business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of hotel policies and operating procedures for F&B staff.
• Develop the annual F&B marketing plan and outlet positioning strategy.
• Approve employment and termination of F&B staff and oversee on-the-job training.
• Ensure the implementation of HACCP policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Excellent motivational, leadership, and trainer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Self-discipline, initiative, and leadership ability.
• Detailed F&B knowledge, including wine and spirits; operational experience is a must.
• Profound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and payroll control.
