Key Responsibilities

• AML/KYC case processing in relation to respondent banks.
• Planning, preparing, and conducting compliance meetings with banks.
• Following up on observations and agreements from compliance meetings.
• Reverse KYC and responding to inquiries from other financial institutions.
• Developing and improving processes, controls, and workflows.
• Cross-functional AML tasks within the correspondent banking area.
• Collaborating with various professional areas across the Nykredit Group.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with AML/KYC from a bank or other financial institution.
• Concrete experience with respondent banks and related AML/compliance work.
• Solid professional understanding of AML processes and ability to apply knowledge to practical case processing and dialogue.
• Proactive and takes natural responsibility for driving tasks forward.
• Adaptable and thrives in an area where tasks and priorities can change.
• Structured and good at planning own activities and longer-term processes.
• Ability to work independently while actively contributing to team deliverables.
• Can navigate safely between different stakeholders and organizational levels.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, creating a good and constructive dialogue with banks.
• Enjoys a daily routine combining case processing and in-depth office work with external meetings and travel days around Denmark.
