Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert application support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience in application support or a similar IT consulting role (5+ years).
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a mid-senior level, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
