Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for solar energy solutions within the assigned area.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for domestic and utility-scale solar projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Present and demonstrate solar products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems and EPC/O&M contracting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic market.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Residency in Sri Lanka with a strong local network is an advantage.
