Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company logistics policies.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for logistics and warehousing solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex logistics challenges and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
