Key Responsibilities

• Conduct original scientific research at an international level within equine sports medicine.
• Engage in research-based pre- and postgraduate teaching, including clinical teaching and examination.
• Strengthen and develop muscular research in teaching veterinary students.
• Provide research leadership, including supervision and securing external funding.
• Contribute to organizational tasks within the section, department, and university.

Requirements

• DVM with license to practice in Denmark or willingness to obtain one.
• PhD degree or similar qualifications.
• Diplomat degree within ECEIM, ACVIM or ECVSMR is an advantage.
• Documented research experience and publications in equine internal medicine and sports medicine.
• Experience with research management, including group leadership and attracting external funding.
• Pre- and postgraduate clinical teaching experience and documented pedagogical training.
