Key Responsibilities

• Pilot logistics flows, coordinating distribution operations and managing relationships with transport providers.
• Manage reverse logistics (returns, exchanges) and handle shipping anomalies (delays, losses, damages).
• Support user relations teams in shipment tracking and incident resolution.
• Manage the entire procurement cycle, including order issuance, tracking deadlines/volumes, and controlling reception and invoicing conformity.
• Anticipate and manage inventory breaks in close collaboration with internal departments.
• Configure logistics for new product launches (coding, integration, data sharing).
• Update internal tools with continuous data (references, purchase costs, transport pricing).
• Analyze logistics costs and transmit regulatory or operational data to external bodies.

Requirements

• Perfect command of French (read, written, spoken).
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Bac + 5 in Management, Administration, Logistics, or equivalent field.
• Autonomy, rigor, and professionalism are required.
• Versatility and proactivity are required qualities.
• Daily use of ChatGPT is a plus.
