    DualEntry is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to join their team in Lithuania. You will be instrumental in building the first AI-native ERP platform, focusing on scalable solutions that automate manual tasks and help mid-market enterprises manage multiple entities, currencies, and high transaction volumes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services for an AI-native ERP platform.
    • Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems.
    • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and AI specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Ensure data integrity and security across multiple entities and currencies.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
    • Participate in code reviews and uphold high code quality standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 2+ years of experience in backend software development, preferably in ERP or FinTech.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
    • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and designing/implementing APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
