Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Process guest orders accurately through the POS system.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a reputed Hotel/Restaurant.
• Strong beverage knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Adherence to hotel grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards.
• Compliance with hotel hygiene, food safety, health, and safety policies.
