Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and public relations strategies to elevate brand visibility.
  • Support media outreach efforts and cultivate relationships with key influencers and press.
  • Assist in crafting compelling content for press releases, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor media coverage, track brand mentions, and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Contribute to shaping the company’s public image and narrative in the dating industry.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an Associate in Marketing or Public Relations, preferably 2+ years.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and remote work environment.
  • Strong passion for Coffee Meets Bagel’s mission and the online dating industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects.
