• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services or banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
