Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specialty ingredients sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in specialty ingredients or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
