The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient business processes, coordinating cross-functional operations, and supporting the company’s growth. Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage administrative tasks and documentation.
• Identify operational risks and propose effective solutions.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or business support roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
