Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and consult with clients to ensure needs are understood.
• Define job descriptions, talent responsibilities, and requirements.
• Search talent profiles, shortlist candidates, and send availability requests.
• Introduce candidates to clients, communicating technical and cultural fit.
• Customize talent rates, adjust commitment types, and schedule engagement dates.
• Provide advice and guidance to Management Consultants in the network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Full-time availability during EST or PST working hours.
• 5+ years in Management Consulting or equivalent strategic advisory experience.
• Hands-on experience across multiple consulting practices or a strong generalist track record.
• Ability to understand ambiguous business needs and translate them to consultant responsibilities and skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship development and emotional intelligence skills.
