Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry) efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and train junior culinary staff, ensuring smooth operation of the section.
  • Monitor ingredient stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.
  • Contribute to menu development and special event preparations as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar culinary role.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
