Key Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and regulate oven temperatures.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish, and maintain food logs.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared and communicate needs to the Chef.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Clear communication and professional language skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
