Key Responsibilities

• Describes product features and benefits; demonstrates the use and handling of the product.

• Ensures customers’ needs are met, complaints are resolved, and exceptional customer service is provided.
• Achieves sales targets by using sales techniques, up-selling and cross selling.
• Maintains awareness of new product launches, promotional events and sales.

Requirements

• High School/ Diploma qualification.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong product/brand knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Adherence to loss prevention, inventory controls and standard operating procedures.
