Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical resolution to multiple complex Controls system issues including Gas turbine and Steam Controls & Operability with a sense of urgency.
• Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures to protect our customers’ fleet, then communicate to the relevant audience.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, Regional Customer Engineering Centers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, and/or Customers to provide sound technical resolution in a timely manner.
• Drive complex RCAs through root cause and corrective action while communicating both internally and externally to end customers.
• Lead and promote the GE Vernova Way traits, lean principles, and simplification into day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in engineering from accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in controls/operations/engineering/ installation of Gas Turbines/Steam Turbines or relevant functions.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or Engineering role.
• Strong oral and written communication in English language.
• This role requires around 10-15% travel within and outside of the region.
