Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective commercial allocation strategies for the APAC region to optimize inventory and maximize sales.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and stock levels to make informed distribution decisions.
• Collaborate closely with retail, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient product flow.
• Manage inventory across all retail points and warehouses to prevent overstocking and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on allocation effectiveness and regional performance.
• Contribute to seasonal planning and forecasting processes to align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Allocator or in a similar inventory management/supply chain role, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and detail-oriented luxury goods environment.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and luxury market dynamics within the Asia-Pacific region.
• Proactive and results-driven with a focus on optimizing business outcomes.
