    Job Overview

    SMH INTERIORS is hiring a Commercial Sales Executive to accelerate growth across our corporate, hospitality, and retail interior projects. Based on-site in Dubai, you’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing—while nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with design and project teams to translate client needs into innovative, ergonomic, and sustainable interior solutions, meeting revenue targets with transparent, service-led execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate qualified leads through market mapping, networking, and outreach within interiors/fit-out segments.
    • Conduct client discovery, prepare proposals, pitch design/fit-out solutions, and negotiate contracts.
    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts; maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to shape winning sales strategies.
    • Coordinate with design, estimation, and delivery teams to align scope, budgets, and timelines.
    • Represent SMH INTERIORS at events and site meetings; ensure exceptional customer service.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills; account management experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; team-oriented with high ownership.
    • Strong business planning skills with comfort analyzing market and client data.
    • Experience in interiors/fit-out or related B2B environments is an advantage.
