Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate audio, picture, and text content for compliance with policies.
• Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate or sensitive material.
• Document and report trends and risks in user-generated content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe platform environment.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances in native language.
• High level of maturity and judgment for handling sensitive content.
• Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
