• Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service within a 4–5 star hotel or lifestyle resort within same level role. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Strong roller skating ability is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Roller Waiter team and lead by example in service, skating, grooming, and guest engagement.
• Coach, train, and mentor Roller Waiters, ensuring they meet Rixos service standards and handle guest feedback effectively.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensure cleanliness, and monitor operating supplies to minimize wastage.
• Ensure Roller Waiters have full knowledge of menus and promotions, and coordinate with other F&B outlets for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with skating safety procedures, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, as well as Rixos policies and ISO Integrated Management Systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service within a 4–5 star hotel or lifestyle resort in a similar role.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong roller skating ability is mandatory.
• Experience in entertainment-driven, poolside, beach club, or lifestyle F&B concepts is an advantage.
