Key Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to requirements and budget needs.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of rules and regulations regarding various travel methods and requirements, including passport and visa laws, government travel regulations, and tariffs.
• Lead visa strategy executions, arrange and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages.
• Document and update processes of the area while taking ownership and proposing improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
• 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
