Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client services and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee the successful implementation and adoption of BoardPAC’s digital solutions for global clients.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive operational excellence in service delivery processes and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and client retention strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within client services or project delivery, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Forbes Global 2000 clients and executive members.
