Key Responsibilities

• Lead substantial client workstreams, working directly with CEOs, founders, boards, and senior management teams.
• Shape how the firm operates and grows.
• Walk into unfamiliar businesses, understand their operations, identify key issues, and create practical solutions.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and stay through to execution, not just provide recommendations.
• Drive strategic initiatives across functions and support growth, transformation, or capital raising efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across strategy, corporate development, banking, investing, transformation, or operating roles.
• An MBA from a leading business school.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment.
• A proven record of building businesses, functions, or new initiatives, and owning outcomes.
• Credibility in leading complex, cross-functional work at CEO and board level.
• Experience in the GCC or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
• Enjoy being given a difficult problem and trusted to solve it.
