Key Responsibilities

• Integral direction of two 4* hotels in Palma de Mallorca.
• Lead operational teams and ensure achievement of economic and quality objectives.
• Supervise customer experience and ensure the highest service standards.
• Optimize results, manage people, and develop the business.
• Implement local strategy and drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in hotel management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams with a clear results orientation.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, budget control, revenue, quality, and people management.
• Experience in 4* urban or vacation hotel environments is highly valued.
• High level of English and German.
