• Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting. Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utilities.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on electrical components, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Driver’s License.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures.
