Key Responsibilities

• Repair of all uniforms, linen, and other hotel items to ensure high standards.
• Assist guests with tailoring requests and provide support to the Valet team for minor repairs.
• Issue new uniforms to colleagues, adjust as required, and manage inventory.
• Assist in issuing and collecting uniforms based on department and employee number.
• Check all items for cleanliness, stains, and damage before use or reissue.
• Prepare monthly reports on uniform inventory, including missing, damaged, or discarded items.

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in the luxury hotel field.
• High school education.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all departments.
• Passionate, dynamic, and guest-focused with a strong service ethic.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Computer literate.
