Key Responsibilities

• Work as a team with colleagues in all departments to ensure timely service and a smooth operation.
• Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Have full knowledge of the services and facilities provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
• Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.
• Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times.
• Develop a complete knowledge of menus and learn and correctly use the Point of Sale equipment.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
