Key Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repair on various equipment, plumbing, electrical components, and guestroom items.
• Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and working on stairs or ladders.
