Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to assigned executives, managing complex schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
