    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance the overall client experience across all platforms.
    • Oversee and optimize client support operations for FundedNext and the new CFD broker business.
    • Analyze client feedback, market trends, and data to identify key areas for service improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure client-centric solutions.
    • Manage, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of client experience professionals.
    • Drive initiatives focused on improving client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty in global markets.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a senior client experience, customer success, or account management role, preferably within fintech or financial services.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
    • A data-driven approach to measuring and improving client satisfaction metrics.
    • Familiarity with prop trading platforms and the CFD broker industry is a significant advantage.
