• Proven leadership experience managing complex global operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain regulations, GDP, and international trade compliance.
