Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage scientific activities related to new product introduction projects.
- Design, execute, and oversee complex experiments for biosimilar development and characterization.
- Analyze and interpret scientific data, providing critical insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
- Ensure all NPI processes and documentation comply with relevant regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of the biosimilar product pipeline.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven mid-senior level experience in new product introduction or product development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical techniques and scientific problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of biosimilar development pathways and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior scientists.
