Key Responsibilities

• Personnel management and planning of 15-35 employees
• Responsibility for the training and further education of the team
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in the branch
• Goods ordering and presentation
• Contribution to the branch's success through KPI management

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar field
• Ideally, completed vocational training in retail
• Enthusiasm for retail and experience in staff management
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
• High motivation, flexibility, commitment, and resilience
• Very good German and Italian language skills, both written and spoken
