Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management.
- Oversee treasury functions, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
