Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant standards.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle payroll related queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
