Key Responsibilities
- Support daily financial operations, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for various stakeholders.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with brokers and clients regarding financial inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Assistant or in a similar finance support role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
