Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in M&A, capital markets, and other strategic advisory mandates.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes specific to the Japan market.
- Assist in due diligence processes, transaction execution, and post-transaction support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Japanese (native or business fluency).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and highly collaborative environment.
- Proven understanding of investment banking principles, capital markets, and financial products.
- Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, or a related analytical role is highly preferred.
