Key Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in M&A, capital markets, and other strategic advisory mandates.

• Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes specific to the Japan market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Japanese (native or business fluency).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and highly collaborative environment.
• Proven understanding of investment banking principles, capital markets, and financial products.
• Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, or a related analytical role is highly preferred.
