    Job Overview

    Remote Growth Partners, a product marketing agency for B2B SaaS companies, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with UI/UX and Product Design experience. You’ll be working with SaaS teams to design engaging websites, branding assets, and user-centric digital experiences that drive growth.

    This is a remote EMEA-based role, with working hours aligned to 9 AM – 5 PM PST.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create visually appealing website landing pages optimized for conversions and user experience.
    • Design and produce brand-consistent graphics across digital platforms.
    • Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
    • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency.
    • Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery.
    • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate product features and benefits visually.
    • Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years in graphic design using Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
    • 2+ years as a Figma expert (including plug-ins).
    • Experience designing responsive websites and assisting in rebrands.
    • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and brand consistency.
    • Background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing.
    • Strong communication skills – ability to explain design decisions and tradeoffs.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Availability to work aligned with 9 AM – 5 PM PST.

    Nice to Have

    • Motion design skills (AfterEffects or Lottie).
    • Familiarity with Notion, project management tools, and design systems.
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
    • Prior experience with B2B SaaS companies.
