Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product label designs, both from scratch and based on existing brand guidelines.
• Design marketing materials in line with brand standards and campaign requirements.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to translate creative direction into polished visual assets.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept through completion.
• Adapt existing artwork, layouts, and branding for different projects.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all designs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Communicate effectively with the internal team through Outlook and other company communication tools.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong proficiency in Canva.
• Experience creating labels, packaging, print materials, or similar branded assets.
• Ability to create designs from scratch and work within established brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual composition.
• Ability to receive creative direction and execute independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and standard workplace communication tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana or Prishtina during the required schedule.
