Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track green coffee bean inventory levels accurately.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the receiving, storing, and dispatching of green coffee beans.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained for quality preservation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using relevant software systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams for efficient supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably 5 years+.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to operate forklift or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to handle and move heavy bags of coffee beans.
