The Director will translate the Enterprise Technology strategy into an executable infrastructure and Cloud roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Enterprise Technology strategy into a costed, sequenced roadmap for infrastructure, cloud, and workplace services.
• Own technical architecture and engineering standards for the platform estate.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging platform capabilities like infrastructure-as-code and automation.
• Direct the strategy, design, and operation of enterprise compute, virtualisation, and hyperconverged platforms.
• Own enterprise network architecture and operations across corporate sites.
• Own the strategy, design, and operation of Modon Corporate’s hybrid and multi-cloud estate across Azure and AWS.
• Own the Microsoft 365 platform end-to-end for Modon.
• Establish and maintain enterprise resilience and disaster recovery readiness.
• Ensure operational coverage across the platform estate with documented standard operating procedures.
• Implement and sustain security controls across infrastructure, cloud, and workplace platforms.
• Own the infrastructure, cloud, and workplace budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Manage strategic vendors, managed service providers, and system integrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g. Microsoft Azure and AWS certifications, Microsoft 365 certifications, ITIL, VMware, Cisco, Aruba, TOGAF).
• Proven ability to provide leadership and end-to-end operational accountability for core technology platforms.
• Experience in translating Enterprise Technology strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of data centre, compute, storage, enterprise network, and cloud environments.
