Group Financial Controller

Job Overview

Collective Hospitality, one of the fastest-growing hospitality brands in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join its team in Ko Samui, Thailand. This senior leadership role is responsible for consolidating financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation for multiple subsidiaries.
• Manage group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support senior leadership decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across multiple locations.
• Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi-entity financial consolidations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
