Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR agenda, including talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Work closely with executive leadership to build leadership pipelines and succession frameworks.
• Standardize policies, ensure labour compliance, and align culture across business units.
• Oversee compensation structures, learning initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Provide strategic advisory while remaining operationally grounded.

Requirements

• Senior HR leadership experience within fast-growing or multi-entity organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR governance.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience building HR structures from semi-formal environments into mature organisations is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
