Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned floors and service areas according to daily briefings.
• Support departmental service standards and operational requirements.
• Handle chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment in line with procedures.
• Remove and dispose of garbage, recycling, linen, and glassware following procedures.
• Clean guest corridors, public areas, Heart of House, storage areas, and fire exits to required standards.
• Report lost & found items, maintenance defects, safety hazards, and unusual conditions.

Requirements

• Previous Hotel experience as Guest Room Attendant would be advantageous.
• Fluent in English – Verbal, written and reading.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
