Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR department with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Help with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Participate in organizing HR events and training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to special projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an HR, Business Administration, or related degree program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
