Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) Systems Integrator

Job Overview

CACI International Inc seeks an experienced Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) Systems Integrator to support the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) mission in Djibouti. The position provides senior technical and operational guidance on Integrated Air and Missile Defense and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Command and Control (C2) systems. This full-time, on-site role requires a TS/SCI clearance and extensive knowledge of joint operations, tactical communications, and C2 integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise CJTF-HOA leadership on employment options, communications architecture, and system capability assessments for IAMD/C-UAS C2 systems.
• Conduct configuration reviews, develop operational procedures, and provide input to command decision-making.
• Assist Tactical Directors in ensuring continuous mission support and system readiness.
• Lead and deliver training programs for C2 personnel aligned with METT-TC tactical planning standards.
• Coordinate emplacement and integration of hardware, software, and network assets to meet evolving operational demands.
• Develop and refine Field and Tactical SOPs, fault isolation procedures, and diagnostic tool usage.
• Provide technical guidance for installation, integration, and maintenance of C2 systems and related communication links.
• Serve as instructor and curriculum developer for C2 network training, supporting doctrine refinement and interoperability.

Requirements

• Current, active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Joint Planning Process and joint/combined operations.
• Strong written, verbal, and briefing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% (Outside Continental US – Hazard).
• Preferred: experience in AFRICOM AOR and knowledge of kinetic/non-kinetic C-UAS systems.
