Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior, furniture, and household design projects from conceptualization to final implementation.
- Develop innovative and functional design solutions that align with client vision and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design integrity and successful execution.
- Stay abreast of current design trends, materials, and industry-leading design software.
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interior, Furniture & Household Designer, preferably at a mid-senior level.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of successful interior and furniture design projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving project demands.
