Key Responsibilities

• Run investor processes from initial approach to follow-up and next steps for companies that clear diligence.
• Bring and develop investor relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angels, and funds.
• Manage investor matching to ensure relevant opportunities are shared.
• Engage investors between opportunities to maintain relationships and usefulness.
• Work directly with co-founders and the investor team, gaining insight into screening processes.

Requirements

• Experience in running investor or buyer outreach during capital raises or M&A processes.
• Hold personal investor relationships and be able to explain their origins.
• Understand investor needs before meetings and how to secure responses from busy individuals.
• Maintain a high bar for precision and treat discretion as second nature.
• Proficient in using AI tools with good judgment on their application.
